Lead role in managing regional admissions staff for 3 campuses - including student recruitment, student retention, and administrative personnel.  Launched and trained all admissions personnel in new CRM implementation using Salesforce to increase efficiency, and improve conversions through effective customer service.  Lead all forecast planning from staffing, enrollment, revenue, local marketing, and operational costs.

October 2010 - June 2015

Management of all campus operations including: Academics, Admissions, Career Services, Financial Aid, Business Office, Facilities and Marketing and most importantly student satisfaction and retention. Managed 40+ faculty and staff to an increase in student satisfaction rates for 4+ consecutive years and improved retention over 15% YOY.  Successfully launched and transitioned over 500+ students enrolled in an on campus program to a hybrid online learning model.
