Expanding Our Services

Pivot Marketing is excited to announce that we are expanding our services to include a client support center. While digital marketing remains at the core and the heart of what we do, we recognized a need early on to be able to more fully support our clients’ growth. Since joining forces, founder Rebecca Corneau and partner Angela Corby held a shared vision of being able to deliver more full-funnel solutions to clients.

“When digital marketing is firing, and lead generation and sales volume are increasing for our clients, we want to be able to continue to help our clients move their prospects through the funnel— we want to see them close those deals and make those sales,” says Becca. “After all, that’s why we do what we do. At the end of the day, we want to really impact the bottom line.”

When Angela joined Pivot Marketing in October 2020, we began putting the wheels in motion to determine the best ways to more fully support clients. “As I dug in to what was going on with Pivot clients and results, I could see that digital marketing was working really well!” says Angela, “But in some cases, with the new influx of leads, our clients were not able to devote enough time or resources to convert those leads and sales prospects. We know the ability to perform quality and timely outreach to these new marketing leads is critical for overall marketing success and future growth of our clients.”

By expanding our offerings to include a client support center, we can take some of that lift off of our clients. Our support center can be customized to clients' needs, and can range from live chat implementation, live chat management, outbound call support, inbound communication, email communication, screening and more. Most importantly, offering client support will give Pivot Marketing a direct feedback loop, enabling us to hear directly from potential customers and clients and allowing us to make improvements to our digital marketing tactics and messaging in real time.

We will be piloting our client support center with two clients in March and growing our staff in order to expand these services. We are eager to explore this opportunity with more clients in the coming months.
