Pivot Marketing is looking for a motivated, self-starter who has a passion for wrangling chaos (aka a Digital Marketing Account Coordinator). In this entry-level Digital Marketing Account Coordinator role, you’ll work closely with the digital media team, the customer support team, and our clients to elevate client communication, enhance our long-term client relationships, and lead the coordination of client projects, digital campaigns, and support ongoing reporting and analysis. You’ll also have a hand in helping to grow Pivot Marketing through social media support, blog writing, and website management.

Our dream candidate has excellent communications skills, a strong aptitude for project coordination, and pays acute attention to details. More than that, the ideal person for this role will be an agile member of the team, flexing to accommodate our fast-paced environment and shifting client priorities, and taking a problem-solving approach to challenges. Ideally, we’d like our candidate to have a working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics (paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, Google Analytics, etc.), however, a deep willingness to learn is paramount. We’ll be looking for someone who is intrinsically motivated, has a strong work ethic, and is able to demonstrate an ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Most importantly, though, we want our new team member to be genuine, honest and have a great sense of humor.
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree (ideally in marketing or business)
Excellent communicator, both in-person and in written form
Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
Ability to be flexible and work with shifting priorities
Desire to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing platforms including:
Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Facebook Ads Manager
Ability to think analytically and come up with “out of the box” solutions
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn
Stay current with emerging and changing digital marketing trends
