With services such as LiveChat support, outbound phone calls, text support, and overall communication strategies, our team plays a crucial role in driving student applications, enrollments, and customer acquisition. As we continue to showcase the value of our client support services, we've seen a surge in demand, highlighting the need for additional talent to meet the growing needs of our clients. That's why we were thrilled to welcome Katie Moino in October 2023 to the Pivot family as our new Communications Associate. Katie's experience in developing communication materials for the Department of Vermont Health Access makes her a valuable addition to our team, and we're confident that her skills will help us elevate our client support initiatives to new heights.
Katie Moino joins us with a diverse background in communications and customer service. Most recently, Katie served as a Communications Coordinator at the Department of Vermont Health Access, where she wrote and developed communication materials including social media posts, messaging campaigns, letters, presentations, and press releases. Her attention to detail and empathetic communication style ensured that all communications adhered to state accessibility guidelines and effectively reached their intended audience. Prior to her role at the Department of Vermont Health Access, Katie gained experience as a Freelance Editor, Afterschool Site Coordinator, Freelance Content and Copywriter, and English (EFL) Teacher. Her varied experiences have equipped her with a unique skill set that will be invaluable in her role as Communications Associate at Pivot Marketing.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys a variety of interests and hobbies. She finds solace in reading and writing poetry, finds balance through yoga, enjoys singing in the shower, loves exploring new places, and cherishes moments spent laughing with friends and family.
