Bridging the Gap Between Internship and Full-Time Success

We are thrilled to welcome Ant Hylton to the team, who moved from motivated intern to full-time digital marketer!

Our philosophy centers around providing interns with real-world, hands-on digital marketing experiences, believing firmly that they are far more valuable than just performing mundane, routine tasks. Today, we are delighted to introduce Anthony (Ant) Hylton, who exemplifies the success of our internship program. Ant joined us as an intern during his senior year at the University of Vermont, where he quickly proved his value through his strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt and apply learnings to various scenarios.

Transitioning seamlessly from intern to part-time and then full-time employee, Ant brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to his role as Jr Digital Marketing Associate at Pivot Marketing. During his tenure as an intern and part-time employee, Ant gained invaluable experience in executing in-depth keyword research in a variety of topics, optimizing paid search advertising campaigns and enhancing SEO performance for a variety of sites. Prior to coming to Pivot, Ant gained experience working at New Chapter Inc., where he served as a Marketing, Ecommerce, and Finance Intern. There, he honed his skills in data analysis, SEM budget management, ad copywriting, competitor analysis, and customer account management. His contributions played a vital role in optimizing ad performance, enhancing marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless operations within the organization. Additionally, Ant served as an SEO/Digital Marketing Coach at Easy Event Planning, where he shared his knowledge on digital marketing through SEO, blog articles, graphic design, and social media. His expertise in content creation, social media market research, and digital visibility significantly contributed to expanding the reach and impact of Easy Event Planning's online presence.

Outside of the office, Ant is a man of diverse interests and passions. Despite occasional eye injuries, he never misses an opportunity to hit the basketball court or embark on a hiking adventure. He finds solace in exploring herbalism and indulging in his favorite comfort foods, including baked mac and cheese and candied yams.

As we welcome Ant to the Pivot family, we are excited about the fresh perspectives and energy he brings to the team. With his dedication, talent, and enthusiasm, we are confident that Ant will play an integral role in driving our digital marketing initiatives forward.
