Digital Campaign Manager
Who We’re Looking For...
Pivot Marketing is searching for a Digital Campaign Manager who shares our passion for results and embodies our core values in every aspect of their work. You’ll be a key player in managing and optimizing our clients’ digital marketing campaigns, with a special focus on performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms. Your role will be critical in maintaining quality control, ensuring campaign performance, and driving client success.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Lead the execution and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns, staying on top of platform updates and emerging trends

Quality Control & Optimization: Drive quality control efforts, identifying in-platform opportunities to optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI

Data-Driven Strategy: Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copywriting to build campaigns that meet and exceed client goals.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to both internal teams and clients for continuous improvement

Budget Management: Manage and optimize client budgets, ensuring spend is aligned with client objectives and industry benchmarks.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with broader strategies.

Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior team members, guiding them to success while staying on track with project deadlines.
Requirements

5+ years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns, with expertise in Meta and Google Ads.

Experience with Snapchat, Spotify, TikTok, and Amazon DSP is highly preferred

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client-facing presentations

Digital Marketing Associate
Who We’re Looking For...
Pivot Marketing is looking for a digital marketing rockstar-in-the-making. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll work closely with the Pivot Media team to leverage digital marketing best practices across clients and across digital channels, including, but not limited to, paid search, paid social, search engine optimization, email marketing, website optimizations and more. You’ll also have a hand in helping to grow Pivot Marketing through social media management, blog writing, and website management.

Our dream Digital Marketing Associate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and a familiarity with digital platforms, but is also willing to learn. As a Digital Marketing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute on digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok. You will analyze campaign performance metrics, drawing actionable insights to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI. Conducting thorough keyword research for both paid search campaigns and SEO initiatives will be essential to drive targeted traffic and improve search rankings. Additionally, you will participate in SEO audits, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients for enhanced search visibility. Building and refining audience segments within paid social platforms will be crucial to enhancing targeting and reach, while crafting compelling ad messaging for paid search and social campaigns will be necessary to resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Leveraging data to measure the impact of various ad creative formats and messaging strategies, along with utilizing Google Analytics (GA4) to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior, will be key components of your role. Perhaps most importantly, we are looking for someone who is intrinsically motivated, has a strong work ethic, and is able to demonstrate an ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Enrollment Support Associate
Who We’re Looking For...
Pivot Marketing is looking for an ultra-organized communication superstar. As a Enrollment Support Associate, you’ll work closely with both the Pivot client support team and digital marketing team to provide customer outreach, client support, and stay on top of critical day-to-day client communication. In this entry-level role, you will serve as both a valuable member of the Pivot team and also as an extension of our client staff. This role is responsible for fielding inquiries, supporting our clients’ students through the application processes while providing accurate information and escalating as needed to senior staff. The Enrollment Support Associate will assist with various Pivot clients in higher education, from undergraduate students to doctoral candidates. You’ll also have a hand in helping to grow Pivot Marketing as well as our clients' customers through outbound phone calls, live chat, and email support. A portion of this role will also be centered on enrollment and retention projects that are key to helping our clients thrive.

We need a people-person who loves assisting students with their questions, while keeping up with our diverse portfolio of clients and degrees. This rockstar will also need to shift quickly between tasks, as they will be doing both direct customer service and mission-critical supportive projects. Our dream Enrollment Support Associate will have an interest in learning customer support best practices and a familiarity with (or an interest to learn) outbound call center platforms (preferably Salesforce and Live Chat). If you enjoy helping others in a customer service or sales role, love a variety of special projects to keep things interesting, and are jazzed about multi-tasking communication (texting, emailing, and calling at the same time are not foreign to you)— you might just be the one we’re looking for. We’ll be looking for someone who is intrinsically motivated, has a strong work ethic, and is able to demonstrate an ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Most importantly, though, we want our new team members to work with integrity, be genuine and friendly, and have a great sense of humor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point-of-contact to provide information about various services including higher education programs and/or degrees.

Accurately explain program benefits, costs, and eligibility to prospective students.

Assist in organizing and prioritizing communication for the team both internally and externally with clients

Make an average of 50-60 outbound calls on average per day; send text messages to prospective students/clients; engage in live chat with potential students.

Consistently follow up with students to ensure successful enrollment or sales

Collaborate with other departments and individuals across Pivot Marketing to consistently provide valuable service
