Account Manager
Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for an Account Manager who is equal parts relationship-builder and project navigator, and who can speak digital performance fluently. You translate metrics into meaning, ask smart diagnostic questions, and turn insights into next steps. You’re organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and you create structure in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments. Experience in higher education or agency settings is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Client Relationship Management (Performance-Led)

Serve as day-to-day contact; frame goals in measurable terms and align KPIs with business outcomes.

Lead crisp, well-paced meetings; present dashboards/findings and translate performance into implications and decisions.

Proactively surface risks/tradeoffs (spend, creative, audience) and escalate early with data-backed options.
Project & Process Management

Own timelines, deliverables, scope, and hours against SOW; keeping burn and pacing visible.

Coordinate paid media, creative/content, web, and analytics to hit milestones and close the loop between data and delivery.

Maintain agendas/recaps that highlight KPIs, what changed, why it matters, and what we’ll do next.

Bring superb organizational skills to keep complex projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
Briefs, Plans & Quality Control (Measurement Mindset)

Write clear briefs that include objectives, audience hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement plans.

QA key deliverables (ad copy, landers, tracking use-cases, reporting inputs) for consistency with goals and metrics definitions.

Sanity-check UTM/naming conventions and ensure what’s launched can be reported on; request fixes from the right owners.
Performance Storytelling & Enablement

Partner with strategists to interpret results; build client-ready decks that connect metrics to narrative and action.

Maintain a simple KPI glossary for each client; align on definitions and thresholds for “good/needs work.”

Capture learnings (audience, creative, offer, funnel step) and convert them into tests and roadmaps.
Requirements
-
5–7+ years in account management, project management, or client services—higher ed or agency experience highly preferred.

A positive attitude that leaves clients feeling heard and respected with every interaction.

Metric fluency: comfortable with CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS basics; can map performance to enrollment KPIs (inquiry, app, admit, deposit/enroll).

Strong deck-building and meeting facilitation skills; confident presenting performance and recommendations to stakeholders.

Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through; innate sense of urgency.

Familiarity with common tools (Google Workspace, GA4/Looker-style dashboards, task managers); strong spreadsheet comfort (filters, pivots, lookups).

Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach; able to translate between business goals and channel tactics.
Good-to-Haves

Exposure to higher-ed CRMs/admissions ecosystems (e.g., Slate, Salesforce) and funnel reporting.

Experience with creative briefing, landing page optimization, or light UX collaboration.

Understanding of media testing frameworks and how to communicate results to non-marketers.

Anticipated Salary Range & Benefits
At Pivot Marketing, we believe great work starts with taking care of our people. The anticipated salary range for this role is $62,000–$82,000, based on relevant experience in similar roles and within higher education. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s unique skills, qualifications, and experience.

Digital Marketing Associate
Who We’re Looking For
Pivot Marketing is looking for a digital marketing rockstar-in-the-making. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll work closely with the Pivot Media team to leverage digital marketing best practices across clients and across digital channels, including, but not limited to, paid search, paid social, search engine optimization, email marketing, website optimizations and more. You’ll also have a hand in helping to grow Pivot Marketing through social media management, blog writing, and website management.

Our ideal candidate is passionate, dynamic and eager. We need someone who is versatile enough to see the big picture, but is also eager to dive headfirst into the details with us. Our dream Digital Marketing Associate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and a familiarity with digital platforms, but is also willing to learn. As a Digital Marketing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute on digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok. You will analyze campaign performance metrics, drawing actionable insights to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI. Conducting thorough keyword research for both paid search campaigns and SEO initiatives will be essential to drive targeted traffic and improve search rankings. Additionally, you will participate in SEO audits, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients for enhanced search visibility. Building and refining audience segments within paid social platforms will be crucial to enhancing targeting and reach, while crafting compelling ad messaging for paid search and social campaigns will be necessary to resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Leveraging data to measure the impact of various ad creative formats and messaging strategies, along with utilizing Google Analytics (GA4) to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior, will be key components of your role. Perhaps most importantly, we are looking for someone who is intrinsically motivated, has a strong work ethic, and is able to demonstrate an ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
You’re a data-driven digital marketer who loves diving into analytics, optimizing campaigns, and finding creative solutions to complex challenges. You’re well-versed in Meta and Google Ads, and if you have experience with platforms like Snapchat, Spotify, TikTok, and Amazon DSP, that’s even better. You’re someone who values curiosity, realness, and joy in your work, and you’re eager to bring a collaborative, client-focused approach to everything you do. We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled in managing campaigns but also thrives in an environment that values human connection and integrity.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, courses or internships
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in marketing, communication or business)
- Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
- Desire to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing platforms including:
