Account Manager

Position Overview

Pivot Marketing is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, communicating our marketing initiatives, and ensuring the successful progression of campaigns and projects with internal team members and external partners. 

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable leading conversations, building rapport quickly, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. This individual should be confident representing the agency in client-facing settings and able to navigate discussions with clarity—even when working through new or complex topics.

Key Responsibilities

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships across varying stakeholder groups

  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and day-to-day communications with confidence and professionalism

  • Ask thoughtful questions to uncover client needs and guide strategic direction, and effectively communicate insights to internal teams to ensure aligned execution

 

Project Coordination & Execution:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations

  • Proactively identify and address challenges, keeping clients informed and aligned

 

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track campaign performance and budgets

  • Prepare and deliver reports, clearly communicating insights and recommendations to clients

 

Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain high standards for accuracy and quality across all deliverables

  • Ensure alignment with contracts, scopes of work, and internal processes

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead discussions and presentations

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish trust with new contacts

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities

  • Ability to adapt in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with higher education clients

  • Prior experience in an agency setting

 

Location & Travel Requirements

  • Candidates should be based in Vermont or Massachusetts

Compensation

  • Salary range: $62,000–$72,000 annually, based on experience

Enrollment Support Associate

Job description:

 

Overview

 

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Enrollment Support Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional support to our clients and their prospective students, ensuring a high-quality experience from initial inquiry through enrollment. Because this role operates in a hybrid/remote environment, we’re looking for someone who is naturally self-motivated, reliable, and able to stay engaged and productive while managing their work with a high degree of autonomy.

 

Client & Enrollment Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues with professionalism.

  • Conduct approximately 350+ outbound calls per week (average 80 per day) to prospective students, providing guidance, support, and accurate program information.

  • Provide 15+ hours of weekly live chat coverage, assisting prospective students in real time.

  • Manage communications across multiple platforms (live chat, email, text messaging, CRM tools), often simultaneously.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure seamless transitions into active service.

 

Client Relationship Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate information on client programs, services, and enrollment processes.

  • Monitor client and enrollment performance metrics; prepare and deliver insightful reports to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support client retention by identifying opportunities to enhance communication strategies, engagement, and outcomes.

  • Design and send communication emails and campaigns using various email marketing platforms.

  • Maintain consistently high ethical standards, professionalism, and confidentiality.

 

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work with colleagues across Pivot Marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and service delivery.

  • Participate in client meetings, team meetings, training, and professional development as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Experience and proficiency in CRM platforms.

  • Previous experience in customer service, client services, enrollment, sales, recruiting or account management, preferably within higher education or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.

 

Preferred

  • Live chat software experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in fast-paced, multi-client environments.

Digital Marketing Associate

 

Who We’re Looking For

Pivot Marketing is looking for a digital marketing rockstar-in-the-making. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll work closely with the Pivot Media team to leverage digital marketing best practices across clients and across digital channels, including, but not limited to, paid search, paid social, search engine optimization, email marketing, website optimizations and more. You’ll also have a hand in helping to grow Pivot Marketing through social media management, blog writing, and website management.

Our dream Digital Marketing Associate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and a familiarity with digital platforms, but is also willing to learn. As a Digital Marketing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute on digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok. You will analyze campaign performance metrics, drawing actionable insights to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI. Conducting thorough keyword research for both paid search campaigns and SEO initiatives will be essential to drive targeted traffic and improve search rankings. Additionally, you will participate in SEO audits, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients for enhanced search visibility. Building and refining audience segments within paid social platforms will be crucial to enhancing targeting and reach, while crafting compelling ad messaging for paid search and social campaigns will be necessary to resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Leveraging data to measure the impact of various ad creative formats and messaging strategies, along with utilizing Google Analytics (GA4) to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior, will be key components of your role. Perhaps most importantly, we are looking for someone who is intrinsically motivated, has a strong work ethic, and is able to demonstrate an ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. 



What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

You’re a data-driven digital marketer who loves diving into analytics, optimizing campaigns, and finding creative solutions to complex challenges. You’re well-versed in Meta and Google Ads, and if you have experience with platforms like Snapchat, Spotify, TikTok, and Amazon DSP, that’s even better. You’re someone who values curiosity, realness, and joy in your work, and you’re eager to bring a collaborative, client-focused approach to everything you do. We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled in managing campaigns but also thrives in an environment that values human connection and integrity.

Requirements
 

  •  1-3 years of relevant work experience, courses or internships

  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in marketing, communication or business)

  • Highly organized and extremely detail oriented

  • Desire to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing platforms including:

    • Google Ads

    • Google Analytics (GA4)

    • Meta Ads Manager

    • LinkedIn Advertising

  •  Ability to think analytically and come up with “out of the box” solutions

Anticipated Salary Range & Benefits
 

At Pivot Marketing, we believe great work starts with taking care of our people. The anticipated salary range for this role is $45,000–$55,000, based on relevant experience in similar roles and within digital marketing platforms. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s unique skills, qualifications, and experience.
